Mother's Right Foundation
Mother's Right Foundation is a non-profit, non-governmental, public organization, created in 1990, to protect the rights and interests of the parents whose children died in the Soviet and Russian army at peace time, including two Chechen wars and the KURSK submarine sinking.

The Organization’s mission is to advance the ideas of the democratic state. The Foundation follows investigations of criminal cases and brings petitions concerning protection of the rights of the parents, who disagree with conclusions of investigating bodies. Activities of the Foundation include providing legal consultative service, writing answers to questions from parents and other members of families, providing legal information by publishing brochures, distributing information bulletins, etc., and making recommendations to legislative and executive branches of the Government, concerning amendments of law on assistance to parents and families of servicemen who died during military service.
